Admissions Information Sessions

Learn more about the University of Iowa and your next steps. These virtual events include general Iowa Overview sessions which will provide information about the application process, academic offerings, housing opportunities, ways to get involved in student life, and financial aid. We also host sessions specifically for honors students, transfer students, diversity sessions, and more. Throughout most of these presentations, you will have the opportunity to ask your questions about what life is like as a Hawkeye.

Virtual Admitted Student Days

Virtual Admitted Student Day is an interactive program for high school students who are entering the university in Summer or Fall 2021 to provide an opportunity for a more in-depth look at the university, our faculty and the academic experience, current students who will be your classmates, as well as information about financial aid, housing and the next steps to joining the Hawkeye Family. Students will be able to ask questions live, and learn from current students, admissions representatives, and academic representatives about life as a Hawkeye.

All of our academic colleges and departments offer different ways to connect and interact around your specific academic interests. These virtual sessions provide information about the our outstanding academic offerings, ways to get involved in research, student life, and leadership. Throughout the presentation, you will have the opportunity to ask your questions about what life is like as a Hawkeye in each academic area.
